Workshop Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the workshop. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available only if requested at least 7 days before the first class of the scheduled block.

To request a refund, please contact jennyxcrochet@gmail.com with your booking details.

All refunds are subject to a €10 processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the first class are non-refundable, as materials and venue costs will already have been allocated, and the space may not be able to be filled at short notice.

If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another person. The organiser must be notified of the transfer before the event.

Missed Classes
Due to the fixed costs associated with running these classes, refunds or make-up sessions cannot be offered for missed classes.

Each block has a limited number of spaces. Allowing individual changes would create additional operational costs and may prevent another student from taking that place.

Please ensure you are able to attend the scheduled dates before booking.

Missed classes are not eligible for partial refunds and cannot be rescheduled.

Minimum Numbers
Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If the minimum number is not reached, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. In this case, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.

Changes or Rescheduling by the Organiser
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, location, or instructor if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. If a workshop must be cancelled by the organiser, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future date.

Photography & Video Policy
Photographs and video footage may be taken during workshops for marketing and promotional purposes. These images may be used on social media, the website, and other promotional materials.

If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos, please inform the host at the start of the session so your preference can be respected.

Liability
Participants attend workshops at their own risk. The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the workshop, except where required by law.

By booking a workshop, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
