Refund & Cancellation Policy

All crochet classes are prepaid, live events held on a specific date and time.

Because places are limited and reserved in advance, class bookings are non-refundable.

If you cancel a booking or do not attend a class, your booking cannot be exchanged for another class, transferred to a different date, or converted into store credit.

Please make sure you are available to attend before completing your booking.

If Jenny x Crochet needs to cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative class date where available.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
