If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please inform the host at the start of the session so this can be respected.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available only if requested at least 48 hours before the first class of the scheduled block. To request a refund, please get in touch with me directly jennyxcrochet@gmail.com with your booking details. Refund administration incurs a €10 processing fee to cover operational costs associated with payment reversal and documentation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as materials and venue costs will already have been allocated, and it may not be possible to fill the space.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the organiser before the event.
